A lawsuit has been filed on behalf of Ramadoss challenging Anbumani’s election as a Rajya Sabha MP. Swaminathan, an assistant to Ramadoss, has filed the suit alleging that Anbumani—who is not a member of the PMK party—fraudulently won the Rajya Sabha election by submitting forged documents.
