PMK MLA Soumya Anbumani says, “As far as the PMK is concerned, everyone already has vehicles. Therefore, both of us-Soumya Anbumani and Ganesh Kumar (the PMK MLA for the Gingee constituency)-have decided not to accept vehicles.
