Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi revealed that the US has already begun implementing major parts of the agreement, including a $300 billion reconstruction plan and lifting oil export restrictions. However, he warned that the 60-day roadmap toward a final deal will not start unless Israel fully withdraws from southern Lebanon.
