Supreme Court to hear on December 29 an appeal of CBI challenging the order of Delhi High Court suspending life sentence of expelled BJP leader Kuldeep Singh Sengar in Unnao rape case. A three-judge vacation bench headed by Chief Justice of India Surya Kant will hear the plea of CBI.
