Dowry complaints are rocking Tamil Nadu. Now, Kripananda Warrier’s great-granddaughter Kavitha has passed away 3 months after her marriage. Kavitha’s father has said in anguish that dowry is a cruel thing for my daughter’s death, that she was given over 100 pounds of jewelry in marriage and that the groom was given 13 pounds of jewelry.
