Medical Shop Strike: The All India Chemists and Druggists Association had called for a statewide shutdown today to press for demands such as banning online medicine sales and curbing the sale of counterfeit drugs. Accordingly, pharmacies across Tamil Nadu have downed shutters today as part of this protest.
