Seven Rajya Sabha MPs-including Raghav Chadha and Harbhajan Singh from the Aam Aadmi Party-have joined the BJP. Consequently, the BJP’s support in the Rajya Sabha has increased. Furthermore, the BJP is drawing closer to securing the two-thirds majority required to pass constitutional amendment bills, such as the Women’s Reservation Bill.
