Tamil Nadu MLA’s Salary: CM Vijay announced in the Assembly today that Tamil Nadu MLAs will be provided with new cars. He also announced a monthly car maintenance allowance of Rs.75,000 and an assistant’s allowance of Rs.25,000 per month. With this announcement, the monthly remuneration of Tamil Nadu MLAs has seen a sharp increase from Rs.1.05 lakh to Rs.1.80 lakh.
