Doug McMillon, Walmart’s CEO since 2011, earned $27.5 million (about Rs 248 crore) in his final year, equating to roughly Rs 1.4 lakh every 30 minutes or Rs 2.6 lakh hourly. His pay package featured a $1.5 million base salary, $20.4 million in stock awards, and $4.4 million in incentives, during a tenure that grew Walmart’s revenue to $905 billion.
