In Tiruvarur, Dakshinamurthy—the maternal uncle of Chief Minister MK Stalin—arrived at a polling station today to cast his vote, despite being 102 years old. Although a postal voting facility from home had been provided for senior citizens, the 102-year-old Dakshinamurthy chose to visit in person and cast his vote today at a polling station within the Nannilam constituency.
