Tamil Nadu government has issued an order promoting seven IAS officers to the rank of Chief Secretary. The officers promoted include Udhayachandran, M.A. Siddique, and Chandramohan. Similarly, seven officers from the 2002 IAS batch have been promoted to the rank of Principal Secretary.
