Padma, a sanitation worker from Chennai, has been honoured by the Malaysian government for her honesty after she found 45 sovereigns of gold jewellery in a garbage heap and returned it to the rightful owner. As a mark of appreciation, the Malaysian government also sent her a gold ring as a special gift, earning widespread praise for her integrity and selfless act.
