Tamil Nadu DGP: The Election Commission transferred Venkataraman, who served as the DGP in charge of Law and Order in Tamil Nadu. In his place, Sandeep Rai Rathore has been appointed as the new DGP for Law and Order. He is scheduled to assume charge tomorrow.
