Nashik court has rejected the interim anticipatory bail plea of TCS employee Danish Ejaz Shaikh in the Mumbai Naka police station FIR for deliberately outraging religious feelings through derogatory remarks against Hindu beliefs and forcing religious practices. Already lodged in Nashik Central Jail for a separate sexual harassment case.
