In a case filed alleging the fraudulent disbursement of subsidies to ineligible individuals under the Central Government’s Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) scheme in Sambavar Vadakarai, Tenkasi District, the Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court has ordered the recovery of the amounts erroneously disbursed to 12 individuals.
