The Child Welfare Commission has recommended legal action against Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) leader Joseph Vijay and his campaign team for allegedly using children during election campaigning. It has urged the Tamil Nadu DGP to take action under Sections 70 and 83 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015.
