AIADMK General Secretary Edappadi Palaniswami expelled key party functionaries from the organization. Following a clash of opinions within the AIADMK, the party has once again split. Much like the mass expulsion of the OPS faction in 2022, Edappadi Palaniswami has now removed key leaders—including SP Velumani and CV Shanmugam—from their posts.
