“I administered first aid to the girls who had fainted during the Madurai marathon by lifting them with a humanitarian spirit and sprinkling water to revive them. It is a highly uncivilized act for former DMK Minister Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi to post comments disparaging this and imputing ulterior motives to my actions,” stated Higher Education Minister Viswanathan, condemning the remarks.
