The Kulasekarapattinam (Kulasai Dasara) Dasara festival in Thoothukudi district is set to begin on October 11 with the flag-hoisting ceremony. Amidst this, the Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO) has issued a strict order banning Dasara troupes from inviting film celebrities to the festival.
