The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) removed an awareness video—in which actress Dia Mirza urged people not to burst firecrackers—following opposition from the BJP. Taking suo motu cognizance of the matter, the Bombay High Court has directed the BMC to repost the Diwali awareness video.
