ISRO is conducting crucial tests under the Gaganyaan human spaceflight mission. Recently, a key parachute test was carried out in Chandigarh to assess reliability during spacecraft re-entry. India plans uncrewed missions in 2025–26 and its first human spaceflight in 2027.
