India’s largest power producer NTPC has entered non-disclosure agreements with Russia’s Rosatom and France’s EDF to explore deploying large pressurised water reactor (PWR) nuclear projects. The collaboration covers the full project lifecycle with strong emphasis on indigenisation. This follows recent legal reforms easing private sector entry and supplier liability norms.
