Vijay: A new petition has been filed in the Madras High Court alleging discrepancies in actor Vijay’s asset declaration submitted with his nomination. Questions have been raised over the claimed ₹12.6 crore loan to his wife Sangeetha Vijay. The petitioner has urged the Income Tax Department to investigate the authenticity, purpose, and nature of the transaction.
