Karnataka has kicked off a detailed feasibility study for three shortlisted sites on Bengaluru’s outskirts, aimed at building a second greenfield airport to handle surging air traffic. The Karnataka State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (KSIIDC) invited bids for a consultant to assess strategic and technical viability.
