Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay has strongly pitched for the DRDO’s Centre for Airborne Systems (CABS) to be set up in Hosur during his recent meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The project is expected to create high-tech jobs, boost the state’s aerospace ecosystem, and position Tamil Nadu as a major defence manufacturing hub.
