Chennai: The Southwest monsoon did not bring the expected amount of rainfall to Tamil Nadu this year. However, due to a change in weather conditions over the Bay of Bengal, a forecast has been issued predicting rain accompanied by thunder and lightning in 20 districts, including Chennai, until 1 AM tonight.
