Delhi Ministe: Delhi Public Works Department Minister Parvesh Verma was inspecting roadworks when an argument broke out between him and an Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA. At one point, losing his temper, Parvesh Verma suddenly slapped a young man from the opposing side. A video of the incident is being widely shared on social media.
