Election Commission has submitted written arguments to the Madras High Court opposing Vijay’s demand to immediately hold by-elections for four constituencies, including Ambasamudram. Furthermore, the Commission informed the court that the decision not to announce by-elections is not permanent and that the elections will be conducted once the pending cases are resolved.
