A massive flood, triggered by a glacial burst along the Tibet border, has devastated Nepal. The scale of the destruction is so immense that it has completely transformed the country, leaving one to marvel at how drastically the situation has changed. It is all the more distressing to learn that over a thousand people, including Tamils, are stranded in the aftermath.
