High Court Madurai bench has upheld the death sentence imposed by the POCSO Court on Anandh Sekar, who sexually assaulted three minor girls after threatening them in Melapalayam, Tirunelveli. Observing that the convict had “completely forfeited his right to move freely among humanity,” the judges confirmed the death penalty.
