BJP MP Tejasvi Surya has argued that constituency delimitation “will not adversely affect the southern states; on the contrary, it will prove beneficial.” He further stated that if the delimitation process is delayed or not undertaken, Articles 81, 82, and 330A of the Constitution would automatically come into effect following the next census.
