Pakistan conducted intelligence-based ground operations and precision airstrikes along the Afghanistan border, killing 29 militants belonging to Jamaat ul Ahrar and Fitna al khwarij. The strikes came in retaliation after Afghan militants attempted an attack on a camp in Karachi.
