Raja, an office-bearer of the TVK, has been arrested in a case involving a fraud amounting to ₹72 lakhs near Tiruchendur in the Thoothukudi district. Raja, who absconded after negotiating the sale of a house and receiving the payment without executing the property registration, has finally been apprehended.
